A poem written for Bobby - to choose life!

Dear Bobby:

Take one day at a time
You only have to go through
Twenty-four hours;
You can do it! So DO!

Look to your friends
(You do have them here!)
Who care enough about you
And want you not to fear.

Yes, you have friends
Who want you to live;
It always helps to get
Out there and give!

Visit a hospital,
Read to the blind -
Help with a neighbor
Be really kind!

You'll feel much better
And improve your life!
We all go through times
Of hardship and strife

So no matter what happens
You can make it through this!
Make some new friends
Find some joy and bliss.

Get out of the house -
Take a walk in the park,
Read about Noah and
How he built the Ark!

You've made it this far
Choose to go on living -
For what you've written here
Keeps giving and giving!

We're here for you, Bobby
If there's anything we can do:
There's not a person
Who won't cheer for you!
