So there’s this old line from a philosopher named Descartes: “I think, therefore I am.” Which is fine... But if thinking is the proof of existence, Half of us blink out of reality the moment someone says “pizza.” So here’s the cosmic upgrade: “I feel... therefore I think... therefore I must be.” Because before our brain says anything, our being says something. A spark. A tug. A flutter. A "whoa, what is that?” moment. That’s not random. That’s the universe tapping us on the shoulder. And every great mind in history -- from scientists to artists to mystics -- would tell us the same thing. Isaac Newton “For every action, there’s an equal and opposite reaction.” Also called Karma. Our feelings are reactions to something real inside us. A force. A direction. A hint about who we’re becoming. Leonardo da Vinci “Everything is connected.” Our feelings, our thoughts, our choices -- They’re not separate. They’re constellations. And we’re the ones connecting the stars. Yin and Yang “We don’t have to be one thing.” Light and dark. Quiet and loud. Brave and scared. All of it belongs. Our purpose grows from the balance, not the perfection. NikolaTesla “Everything is frequency of energy .” Our feelings are our signal. Our purpose is the station we tune into When we follow what lights us up. Albert Einstein “Energy shapes the path.” Our feelings bend the space-time of our lives. Follow the ones that open us up, not the ones that shrink us. Mary Baker Eddy “Spirit is the source.” Our feelings are little flashes of awareness. reminding us that we’re more than a body trying to survive middle school. So what’s our purpose? We don’t need to know the whole thing today. We don’t need a five-year plan. We don’t need to pick a career at 12. Our purpose starts with something much simpler: Pay attention to what we feel. Because our feelings lead to our thoughts, our thoughts lead to our choices, And our choices shape our lives. Purpose isn’t a treasure we find. It’s a star we grow toward. One spark at a time. And if we ever get lost -- That’s okay. Even galaxies drift before they form. But they still shine. And so will we. |
