The Dance of Winter

Winter’s Dance

by: Reagana

Winter’s wrath,

Will clear the path,

Of all that spring gave way to fall.

Stripping leaves,

It spins and weaves,

And in its wake, the silent pall.

Its dance of death,

With final breath,

Lay barren, hill and vale.

The starless night,

Cast its light,

Upon the shadows pale.
