Chalk and Cheese

A bored sage muses about cheesy comestibles.

Chalk and cheese? Yes, if you please.
Those oft' I've sought in scribler's dreams,
for mineral writ and molden ghee
do sound to me like motive means:
A rock to wreak creative scenes,
with milken cultive fueling me.
For youthtime mired by ranchen chores,
made cheese and chalk my trade of war.
Cattle-dairy's blank as chalk,
I, e'er along this path, shall stalk
that chosen cheesy motive force
that sets my chalken writing's course!
