Real Spring

After a too-chilled winter season,
Spring comes with colours and hopes.
I stand under a tall jasmine tree.
A sweet fragrance of jasmine flowers obsessed me.
My pet dog, Tom, is running behind the butterflies.
Through a soft green surface of grass.
Here and there, a lot of tiny coloured flowers Add a beauty to the scene.
Under the blue and bright sunny sky.


After losing my job due to illness,
I came to this remote village.
I bought plenty of land.
Build a small suite there for living.
For the rest of the areas,
I made a garden.It's big in size, really.


During the sunset,
I observed some white floppy clouds behind a range in blue skies.
I reckon that there would be rain at night.
So, watering in the garden will be no more needed for tomorrow.

Three days passed away.
There was no any rain.
I enjoy watering plants.
So I was happy.


At the time of checking e-mail,
I found one e-mail from my office.
It was unexpected.
Why do they send me that mail?
Is it any positive news?
Let's hope for the best.

They offered me the job again.
Due to my wonderful track record.
But I have to leave this heaven!
So I decided to reject this golden offer.
But my parents told me to think thrice before taking any serious decision.
So I took time before intimating them.

After four days, they contacted me again.
They told me that they would open a branch in our village.
No senior official is ready to come here.
So they offered me the job again
In the post of senior supervisor.
I accept the offer gleefully.
