When the night sky inspires... |
| Will you watch the sky with me Count the stars tonight Let them be the guide Shimmer brightly in the night. I would ask the sacred bear, And plead with mighty dragon. I'll shout for Perseus to hear, For Casiopeia to wrap in inky satin. The words that remain unformed The distance to the starry world The whispers quietly untold. Wonders what a heart will hold. Unable to reach in person the twinkling world above Dreading the bright horizon That light will surely shove. With sunrays imminent The battle yet not won They move obedient Until the magic's gone. |
