A romantic untraditional shakespearen poem with a haunting twist. |
| I want you so deep in love That you study me like Shakespeare's poetry Even if You might not always know what I mean Be it literally or metaphorically But I would still connect with your soul and mind and stay there wandering free. I want you to question the thee's and the thys And the reasons why we play out our actions. Does it mean something deeper or is it plain and simple to see? And if we were titled : it would be called sonnet 19 A love letter from you to me And If there are any capital letters They would spell : I LOVE YOU during your dramatic confession in stanza 3. And as we near the end I would want to know where the mirror breaks Where the road takes a turn Where the sky starts to shake Where buildings began to burn Were we just subjects of fate? Or just loosers on our death beds because I had you where I wanted you. Somewhere between obsession and blindingly in love That you'd give up your life at the notion that we will meet again up above. |
