Induced Errors

In our life if people try to induce errors, how would you try to prevent them.

Resembling bubbles escaping
stagnated pools down the lane
now and then they pop up -
induced errors stealthily appear
marred lines of thoughts
pitch into dishevelled brain
sending down a wave of pain -
unnoticed negative vibes
negotiate every now and then
to set mimes of unknown blunder
seconds lost in unnumbered tasks
strive to build arid feelings
that would set my heart on fire
evading ways to be there again!
