About the night turning to day, feelings, soul, and just plain words. |
In the morning before the sun The sky still black, the stars unsung I wait my turn to see the light Now I know of the highest height To paint a picture of a scene so real With words that come in shades of teal Now the sky is light again It is now easy to erase the pain. Delecate feelings from the soul I write this poem to share with all The written word is a power we know It's the only way to let things go. Golden waves of a famous way Like shadows fading through the day A picture of her is a mighty sight I know not the meaning nor the plight. This writing of mine is a simple way To empty my feelings and greet the day. I hope you enjoyed reading this right through Because it was written just for you. |
