Whoa - that spark was bright today!
A timing rich, a blaze intense;
That focus and approach immense.

The goal is thinking positive,
For many might be stern and active.
Let the newer folks just shine -
Aging loose is by design…

One is awesome, feeling privileged;
Not a stumbler, as alleged…
Having goals to find the top.
A simply joyous, Mom and Pop!

Bring your folks and actions pure,
Help is on the way for sure;
Just be calm and affable.
Come to strengths so possible.

The situation is now clear;
Got to get things into gear!
Dog’s got bark - a nasty bite;
Swallows burglars with delight…

Sweet desire - earn much credit -
Full of grief now - there, I said it! 
Come to terms now, crews are rocking;
Santa’s gonna fill their stocking!

Statuesque, a grooving plow -
Really tested, coaching now.
Effervescent - oh, so vital,
Bring that on to win the title!!
