The Evening Sky: Heaven’s Stars Shine

God’s magnificent radiance at night - a wondrous sight - a poem.

A shower of radiance
Embraces the perfection
Of spiritual gatherings -

As blissful scenes play emphatically
Upon the euphoric strata
Of a woody evening;

The gorgeous realm bears
A host of creatures and legends
In the nighttime constellations,

And the guiding pinpricks
Partake a lucid effervescence
On shores nearby.

The lights glow and dance
In jettisoned streaks,

And the Earth’s stature
Rests beautifully still on the cloudless gem
Of a wilderness’s shimmering majesty…

The joy shines among the trees
In the distance;

And a blanket of stars guides
The heavenly gazers’ views overhead.

God’s love encircles the orb…

While the tranquil breaths
Of outdoorsmen and trail folks
Inhale the vibrant togetherness
Of an ambient focus…

And the reverberating stillness
Lays encompassed by the moon’s
Metastasizing beams…
