The issues with an old car - need to replace it - a new car purchased soon -a rhyming poem |
| Broken into, things were stolen - Leaking oil, though, still rollin’. Tons of scratches, problems, starts. Tires punctured, labors, parts. Many thousands, huge concerns - A beat up junk that burns and burns. Repaired that old car countless times, Like the junk heaps past their primes… Run-down gem that’s unforgettable. Humbling science, most regrettable. Soon a new one - must afford it. Absolutely - saving towards it. A nice tin can that’s run its course; Insurance moneys are the source! A basket case that’s gone tomorrow. Long live girth, a budding sorrow. Brand new car - it’s some new claim; Someone struck me, they’re to blame… Got the blue book value for it… Little discourse - where to store it… Deal a hand for saints and friends… An older car that somehow ends. Shuffling cards within the deck. A jab at this elusive trek… Vehemently standing firm - A bridge to heaven, now long term - New, not used, like past forays… Nothing cute, just new hoorays… |
