My perspective and impressions of the 2024 Presidential election

I'm a Texas liberal--a contradiction in terms. Texas has supported the Republican Party since about 1982 when Ann Richards held a state office. She served as governor from 1991 to 1999. Richards is the last Democratic governor we have had. Republicans rule the roost.
