sometimes leaders are blind to see whats happening to their subordinates

im aboard a sinking ship, yet my captain still yells "full speed ahead!"
were submerged in neck-deep waters, and some are going to our nasal passages
im choked up, so as the other crew members
yet instructions were being yelled on the PA

im not even a sailor
im sea-sick
i would like to vomit
im choked up
