Had an adventurous side
Love going
On a brilliant,
Spectacular road trip.

I have been to over 50 states
And 50 countries
In my almost 70 years
On this planet

And I hope to go
On a few more trips
Before it is time
For me to slow down

One trip stands out
My epic road trip
Across the country

2016

35 states
15,000 miles
Three months.

Going from DC
To Florida
Through the south
To Arizona then Oregon
Back through eastern Oregon
To Idaho and Gran Tetons
Yellowstone.

Minnesota, Wisconsin
Chicago, down to Pennsylvania
And DC
Before flying to Korea.

Perhaps I need a lazy
Beach vacation next time.
