Late Fate

My apologies for not writing yesterday. I miss the kind people who are here.

I'm one day late.
That was my fate.

This is no joke
I'm a lazy bloke.

But I promise you
More poems I'll do.

Since I'm working hard,
And I'm no poetic bard.

My poems will show
That I have more days to go.

But to write each day,
I will find a way.

Let my creative juices flow.
And my best work you will know.
