A brief bit of advice for someone who encouraged me to post this.

Take a breath.
Close your eyes.
Inhale love.
Exhale lies.

Take a breath.
Close your ears.
Inhale tolerance.
Exhale fears.

Take a breath.
Inhale faith.
Open your heart.
Exhale hate.

Take a breath.
It will be alright.
Love will conquer all.
God will win the fight.

Inhale strength.
Take your stand.
You're strong enough
to survive this land.

One foot in front
The other to follow.
Walk through today with your head held high
knowing there's a better tomorrow.
