A poem about hope. Created by a Writing Prompt |
| There’s such a wide range between the never and the ever Hopeless to Hope How do we bridge the gap? Can we truly believe that this WILL be? For everyone? and also For you? Does your hope crawl under the floorboards To nest with spiders and mice? Or does it blare exultantly from the skies Impervious to the naysayer in you Or your naysaying neighbor? Balance is the key to the bridge The bridge of hope To love yourself while hoping And never, ever tip over the edge that this will never be |
