One day the president
Of the campus friends
Of the cats

Adopted the cosmic cat
Who came home
To their house

High in the Berkeley Hills/

The cosmic cat felt at home
Soon became well known
As the Buddha cat
Of grizzly peak

Famous for mediation
And famous for being
Just such a lovely
