Leap Year chart |
|
When I wrote an article for the paper about Leap Year, I included a fun little chart. I never knew we skipped a year unless it's divisible by 400. But then, I guess it doesn't mean much to me, just another thing we have to do to keep our calendar aligned correctly with the sun. And I'm not in charge of that, thank goodness. 1600 1700 1800 1900 2000 2100 2200 2300 X Leap years occur mostly every 4 years, but every 100 years we skip a leap year unless the year is divisible by 400. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leap_year#/media/File:Gregoriancalendarleap_solsti... |
