About the sun coming up

A short story about how the sun makes us feel

The sun came out today,
Things began to thaw out from the cold weather,
I watched as nature came back to life after the hard winter,
And the squirrels seem to be very happy about the warming spell we were having that day,
We were ready for a warm up that day.
