In Korea
There is a custom
For couples in love
To go for a walk.

In the first snow
Of the year
As that is supposed
To be very romantic.

This morning we went
For a walk
In the heaviest snowfall
In 18 years.

Walking along the frozen
Fake Venice canal
With the love of my life
By my side.

Thinking that
Everything looks better
after the first snow.
