A hanging chair suspended from a bending palm tree.

island time

take two weeks
calm sea in the mourning
pacific prescription
for singular change

hang ten days
palm shadow dawning
intertidal therapy
in sandy demesne

stay two months
beach bake afternoon
tequila sunset
easing the pain

strange lost year
uncoupling in the dark
purgatory failure
memories remain
