It's winter in January and the temps are cold. What's your favorite soup to warm up?

I love Fish Tinula soup.it is not in the list. I checked Others. We live near the sea so fresh fish is always available and our Papa was the greatest fisherman when he was alive.
We clean the fish cut or slice into pieces. Add water , sliced tomatoes, sliced onions, sliced ginger, lemon grass two stalks , season with a bit of salt and add water. Bring to boil until meat is cooked. Serve steaming hot.
Use a white meat fish like lapulapu or dorado.

I love all kinds of soup, but my winter favorite is French Canadian pea soup, made with yellow peas. Add some fresh baked crusty bread with butter and it's a meal. Yumm!

Cubby~On the road again!

Oh, yum! I can't pick just one! *Hungry* I've been thinking about making some good home made soups lately. Like wedding soup, basil tomato, and a delicious onion soup! I love them all! A good pea soup, too. Chicken noodle, beef noodle, and even a tasty cabbage soup!

Our local coffee shop does a Country Potato soup that is to die for. Unfortunately for me, they only make it a couple times a month.
