And inflation must be brought under control
For home sales to rise…

Extreme positivity will lead
To a booming economy -
A contracted economy will serve
As a bellwether -
Tech stocks will begin their vital recovery
From a nightmarish 2022;
So imperiled by inflation
And rising interest rates -
Positioned to exemplify
Newly acquired, societal well-being…

Following this lucidly as a modest fiasco -
In a desultory age -
Will lean toward a tolerant and worldly aura -
A less than belligerent scope…
And the most contemporary, timeless hope…
