Jimmy Buffett is one of those musicians that people seem to either love or hate, there's no in between. I happen to love most of his music, especially the older stuff. He has a unique perspective and sense of humor about things and this song is an example of those qualities. It's just a silly, fun song that reminds us that even Santa can get burnt out! It is usually the first Christmas song that I put on when the season rolls around and our kids love it. They did when they were younger, but even more so now that they are older. (Just in case though, I did make this viewable only by 13+ years old... because you never know )
