I'll never hit you again, I swear.
No more will I cheat on you, trust me!
You know that I love you.

I wouldn't do that to you.
Yes I know that its not the first time,
But it will be the last.
You do believe me don't you?

She replies:

"Your promises are pie-crust
I've heard it all before.
I believe that you believe it,
But its all just wafer thin.
I'm done with being hurt now,
So you can go away.
My tomorrows will be different.
I don't need your brand of truth.
