A fun little poem. Thought I posted it already, lol.

Liquid Sunshine

The sky is melting
The fat drops collecting
In golden puddles on the street
Liquid sunshine
It pools around your feet
Casting dandelion light from below
lifeless light casts down
From cold blazing lamps on the corner.
A night lit up like noon day
Swirling around the filth and trash
In glowing gutters,
Shining all the way down the grate
