A New Life: A Blessed Sanctity

Praise Him, in all His glory! A rhyming poem.

God’s heavenly scepter
Proves we’re a receptor -
Those affirmative displays
During highly stressed days.
He’s clearing the slate -
Now demonstrably great!
His lessons in stride,
For we humbly abide…

Use plenty of gumption,
And begin a resumption -
A time to endure…
To acclaim is impure;
There’s so much in store -
Get up off the floor!
A new soul is raised,
And the Almighty praised…

Encumbered by strife,
Say ‘yes’ to new life.
That glorious gift
Provides such a huge lift…
God’s splendor imparts…
For we give Him our hearts.
These laws shall now please us,
In the proud name of Jesus…
