Too much Ginger can be bad for your health.

Ginger Lee

Ginger Lee brews ginger tea
and serves up gingerbread.
I sip the tea most gingerly
and nod my ginger head.

A ginger cat purrs in her lap
and flicks a ginger tail.
The ginger spread upon her bed
awaits a ginger male.

Ginger Lee, she smiles at me,
I gingerly respond.
A ginger thought, what's in a pot
of ginger tea so strong?

I lie back dazed, a ginger haze
surrounds her ginger curls.
my vision fails as ginger nails
become a ginger whirl.

In produce aisles, her ginger smiles
foretold a ginger dream.
Too late I woke, as Ginger choked
my ginger scented scream.
