World of reading





A Novel Reality

When you are immersed in a book
and its world becomes real,
I always wonder if that lead character
knows what they are in for
and if they know what's coming.
I'd read the book I was in.
Couldn't help but read ahead
when no one was looking
and the book rests on the nightstand,
wouldn't you?
