A Gift From Beyond

Incredible sunset - my brother's favorite colors

Last evening
the sunset was magical.
The stones
made from my brother's ashes
arrived yesterday afternoon.
It is a sign for sure
he likes them.

He worked in band lighting for years.
J Geils, Joan Jett, Dokken and more.
Magenta hues were, by far,
his favorite. And last night
he fiddled with the lighting,
adjusted the filters,
and gave me a magenta sky.
