A person being pestered by a tiny rain or snow cloud depending the seasons.

It comes, and it goes
That tiny rain cloud
Over my head,
Raining over me
And it strikes me with lighting.
In the winter,
It becomes a
Snow cloud,
And it still strikes me
With lighting.
What did I do
To deserve this?
