At the end of the year,
2021 came and went.
Time crept on.
The past fading into memories.
Time marching on
Into the future.
2022 dawning.
With hope and fear
Dreading the future,
We anticipate
The coming New Year,
Hoping it will be better
Then that horrific freak show
That was 2021.
