New year, new me bullshit

New year new me isn't a real thing.... let me explain

Listen, don't get me wrong, I am all about change but whats with the "New year, new me" facade? like I get it, it is a new year and you want to be a new person, but lets just be honest for a second you make a list of goals you would LIKE to achieve but in reality you will keep up with it for 4 months MAX then go back to old habits, and I wont lie I do the same thing too, in fact i'm pretty guilty of it. but lets rename the phrase to "New years resolution", that sounds way better than saying you will be a completely different person in the new year.
