comparing a life to a burning candle |
We celebrate each year that passes some alone, some with the masses. While life burns slowly, as candles do our tightest grasp it passes through. Ever at mercy to the wind of time our candle shortens as we reach our prime. Blaze burning wick 'till nothing remains our lives wrap up, ending the flame.
