Seizures

a look at what it is like to be Epileptic

eyes a'flutter
muscles tensed
slipping in and out
of consciousness

missing time
or bitten tongue
cuts and bruises
aren't that far-flung

not always convulsions
could be a twitch
or a blank staring daze
'cause my brain's got a glitch

too much 'lectricity
running loose in my brain
erasing my memory
again and again

nothing can save me
from this voltaic curse
but I still take my meds
so I don't get worse
