Who needs heels anyway?!

Gone are the days when I had to tug
to get boots on my feet.
No more wobbling like a newborn fawn
in shoes too tall for me.

Gone are the days of slanted heels,
wedges and the like.
I don't need to be six feet tall.
I quite like my height!
