Daffodil Sunset

An assignment that I decided to post here. All opinions are appreciated

Like a Daffodil blowing in the wind
Quiet and beautiful
A flowery sunset
The timid event
Silently passing the cliff’s end
Beautiful Daffodil Sunset

This was an assignment where I had to write a poem about ‘Twilight in the Wilderness,’ an artwork. I though it turned out pretty good even though it wasn’t dark like I usually like to do, so I posted it here.
