healing and growing

On this journey of healing and growing
ever learning about myself
through tears and laughter
travelling through the darkest of nights
a calm peace when light breaks
both sad and joyous times
that have brought me here
I've been weak and I've been strong
moments of hopelessness
those full of hope
And love has carried me through it all.
