Anxiety is keeping me from being happy...

:( I sit here constantly shaking…
Telling everyone I’m fine, but inside I’m in pain and breaking :(
:( Millions of thoughts running around my head…
But if you listen closely & pay attention, I sound dead :(
: (These thoughts are playing tricks with me, I’m afraid that I’ll never be set free :(
