I close my eyes

A short poem about confusion and feeling left out and not accepted.

When I close my eyes,
I don't see what they see
I see beauty,
kindness.
When did the world become like this?
Why did the world become like this?
Rumors and lies.
The second you make a mistake,
you have no worth.
But at the same time...
we learn that making mistakes is a good thing.
