A poem about how love changes |
| It used to be my favorite place; So peaceful, calm and serene. We used to bask in it together; Our love more abundant than the forest green. But over time the leaves began to fall and wither. A never ending, blistering winter. Darkness engulfed the light in our eyes. Truth overshadowed by all the lies. The sky full of stars seemed dead and cold; A place once so magical now hurt to behold. |
