A positive yet negative approach to American politics and ideals - a poem. |
| Belting cheese out these ballsy ways; A rise in the surplus of shame By professional politicians. Plenty pay a forgivable price, As a two-headed lamb Begs for ritualistic roles Of reverent chasing, Intolerant of the ease of confluence At the winter’s boiling edge. Seeking to unseat the commander in chief Of the Oval Office, A valiant hero shoots From the most sterile halls; And chosen for the ending, A variety of bedazzling speeches And worsening U.S. carnage; A newly minted infancy, Sheer hostility, And a vitriolic pandemic With unguessed horrors. |
