Bats in My Rafters There isn't much that scares me as Halloween comes to call I look forward to a good haunting as summer nights lead to fall Visiting an empty shack is thrilling Bats in the rafters, all to the good I shivered as I noticed a lighted candle in the old abandoned house in the woods. Thrilled to a ghostly presence, I looked forward to the banshee's cry better I say to celebrate the darkness a good shriek or two in the night exposes all the lies So gather your vampire charmers Your undead to kiss my hand I'll marry the Bride of Frankenstein Restraints replacing wedding bands |
