And WEAR THE HELMET of SALVATION, and the BREASTPLATE of RIGHTEOUSNESS.

Which he gives you to STAND hold onto his PROMISES he left.

TO STAND in the midst of trials, and temptation.

Stay always in prayer do not cease from praying.

To reach his THRONE to help in this EARTHLY REALM.
