here I stand starting on this path on this journey
this weird but savory feeling creeping in
within the depths of my soles energy
this journey this one that I am so unsure of
with every decision I see hurdles and obstacles
emotions linger as I barrel forward on this journey
remembering to capture it
in all of its glory and messiness
the lessons that I am meant to learn
on this journey of mine
this journey that has amazing and impeccable paths
showcasing in all of its beauty
the treasure that awaits at the end
of this very special and windy path
that I have embarked on
this journey mind settling letting me know
all is in the grand plan for my life
this journey one to not be taken lightly
has indeed taught me not to give up
and to trust in the journeys ahead
