Running after wind
Hating on thought
Disgusted by habit
Defined by feeling
Lost and searching
Dare you forget
Confused by Riding
Chariots of experience
That are never ending
Until you forget
You are the consciousness
Owner of the experience
Busy trying to fix
The depression
The anger and sadness
The hate and loathing
Whirling and chasing
Shadows after shadows
Thoughts after thoughts
Memories after memories
Healing this trauma
Birthing the nostalgia
Dancing in yoga
Suffocating into pranayama
Pulling and shredding
Parents and teachers
Abusers and molesters
But did you forget
You are the consciousness
