Ranking the statues worth keeping - a poem.

Solemnly capitulating
The smoky, trashy depths.

A lumpiness gratifying
The least spoken virtues,
Uniting the incorrigible
With wrath.

Murderous ravens
Sever and smolder
These fallen statues,
A viscous accomplishment
With iconic celebrations.

These merciless titans,
So mighty and ruthless,

Become a vocal and inhumane mob
Engaged in glowing supposition.

Love so sequenced,
Abolishing these insolvent treasures.
