With a horrible memory, I had to find some way of remembering what order to take my meds.

Early I take my thyroid meds
and the one to make me pee.

After breakfast I take these:

Potassium
Magnesium
Steroids 1
2
and 3
the big orange one
the seizure meds
and then the one for my tummy!
